Thee Active ships within India only.

Delivery is subject to pin code serviceability and courier partner coverage.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.


Shipping timelines

Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or non-metro locations may take longer due to courier constraints.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping charges

Additional charges such as Cash on Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly shown during checkout.
