Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products that are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Requests must be raised within the return window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation email.

Certain items such as innerwear, socks, or items marked as “Final Sale” may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.


How to request a return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email with your order ID and reason for the request.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back or proceed with an exchange.

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return pickup and shipping

Return pickup availability depends on your pin code and courier partner serviceability.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges may apply unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by us.


Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as communicated by our support team.

Refund timelines may vary based on your payment provider or bank.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund or store credit.

Only one exchange may be allowed per order, unless otherwise specified.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-returnable situations

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.

Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, or incorrect product care are not covered.

Thee Active reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
